The world is in a post-climate catastrophe dystopia: the chlorophyll plants are all dead. A small community near Lake Inari is growing the last colony of bees. But the Clustercity of Timanochris wants to destroy it to ensure the survival of their tyrannical Nation-state which holds all the production of oxygen on Earth. "The Beekeepers" is the story of a lonely non-binary cat, Firdisi, who tries to find a place where they belong, and in doing so ends up freeing the world from an ecofascist regime, helped by their friends from an improbable queer community in the woods.
